Here 5, is a whole number ,only in terms of Ones multiplied with ten raised to power negative one.

Which is equivalent to 0.5.

A Real number represented in terms of interval ,that is, [0.5 ,1] when rounded to nearest ones goes to 1 , and A number represented in terms of interval [0,0.5) when rounded to nearest ones goes to 0.
