Answer is dominant.

Diploid cells carry two copies of each chromosome and have two versions of each gene. Different versions of a same gene are called alleles. Alleles can be either dominant or recessive. The allele which masks the expression (phenotype) of another allele at the same locus is called dominant allele. For example, the allele for Round seed (R) dominant over wrinkle seed (r) in pea plant. Therefore, a pea plant having (Rr) genotype will have round seeded pea plant
