Write the missing base. 9/16=()^2

1 Answer

When raising fractions to a power, we independently raise the numerator and denominator to the power. To find the base, we need to find the square root of 9 and 16 because when those two values are squared, we get 9/16.

The square root of 9 is 3, and the square root of 16 is 4.

So the base is 3/4.

Hope this helps :)
