Given the expression:
3xy-5y
to evaluate for x=-1.5 and y=-3, we shall proceed as follows:
plugging in the values in the expression:
3×(-1.5)×(-3)-5×(-3)
simplifying the above we obtain:
13.5+15
=28.5
Answer:
28.5
