Answer: The range in interval notation would be [3,∞)

Hey there!

The range of a function consists of all the y values the function has in its graph.

Notice in the graph your y values in the function range from 3 to infinity since the graph goes on infinitely upwards and then decreases to a steady y value of 3.

Therefore, your range in interval notation would be [3,∞) since the value of three is included.
