Sue bought two shirts on sale. She would have had to pay $20.00 for each shirt, but she got them for 25 % off. What was the sale price of both shirts together?

if both shirts are 25% off, then multiply 20 by .25, which is 5. That's your discount. Subtract that from 20, each shirt (with the discount on both) would be 15 dollars. Fifteen times two is 30, so she would pay 30 bucks for the shirts
