12 miles.
1.5 hours is 90 minutes
90 minutes / 6 minutes = 15, meaning she rode 15x longer and farther
15x0.8=12 miles

Simply convert 1 hr and 30 minutes into minutes which is 90 minutes and multiply this by 0.8 and divide this value by 6 minutes.
