housing: 1200/3500 = 0.34 = 34%

medical: 350 / 3500 = 0.1 = 10%

34 +10 = 44% so they have 56% for everything else:

food: 10% = 350 a month

utilities: 3% = 105 per month

Transportation: 15% = 525 per month

10+3+15 = 28%

56-28 = 28% left for anything else she needs to pay ( student loans, savings, etc...)
