When a customer asks personal questions to customer service?

You can change the subject if you don’t want to answer. Remember you should never say something like”it’s none of your business”. Watch what you say so you don’t offend anyone. You don’t have to lie either you can just not say some stuff (so you don’t feel guilty, you don’t have to lie).
