To solve this question, simply use the formula to find the volume of the cylinder,

V = Pi r^2 • h

V = 3.14 • 4^2 • 4.

Then compare the value for volume to the closest number on the number line. Is it in between 2 numbers, exactly one number on the number line or very close to one number as in the number line.

Answer:
The last point

Step-by-step explanation:
Volume of cylinder can be calculated using the following rule:
volume of cylinder = pi * r^2 * h
where:
pi is a constant given as 3.14
r is the radius = 4 units
h is the height = 4 units
Substitute with the givens in the above equation to get the volume as follows:
volume of cylinder = 3.14 * (4)^2 * (4)
volume of cylinder = 3.14 * 16 * 4 = 217.6
Comparing the calculated value to the points on the number line, we will find that the closest point is the last one (since it is the point somewhere between the 200 and the 250. The second point from the right is at 200 so we will take the last one)

Hope this helps :)
