The First World War trigerred the Russian Revolution:
As the Russian Empires army were defeated and suffered severe losses, the outbreak of a Revolution took place, a movement that would change forever Russian society and would embrace a predominant ideology first originated with the works of Marx, Lenin, and other key thinkers that advocated for a utopian society.
-The defeat of Russia was due to many factors including: a war that had a mere interest to contrarrest influence of an ever increasing German Empire. A bad organization in high commands of a Russian Imperial Force that many times was under the command of nobles and people with no former military trainment. Together this and other factors , a lack of professional armies to match the well disciplined German troops caused a society to feed with their monarchs and uprise. Civil unrest came as the enemies of Russia were outside and inside the country.
-The Tsar and his legacy was erased and everything relating to an old regime came to be transformed under the promise of a socialist change that would make a society fair and much more happy. At least that was the promise upon wich a new model was built.
