Does reversing the order of the digits of a 2-digit prime number always result in a prime number?

No, for example 13 is a prime number and reversing it is 31 which is also a prime number.
11=11-also prime
13=31-also prime
23=32-NOT PRIME
23=92-NOT PRIME
