How I am imagining the equation looks like:

{ (17 + 330 * 20)/(10) }^(2) / 2 - 14
if its this, the answer will be
218,906.5

if the equation is like

\frac{17 + 330 * 20}{ {10}^(2) } / 2 - 14
the answer will be: 19.085

So because the question is hard to determine the equation, i'll give you the general rule for solving these.
Parentheses
Exponents
Multiply
Divide
Add
Subtract
or PEMDAS
You answer everything in the parantheses first, then do the exponent, and then everything else.
However for multiplication and division, you simply do whichever one comes first from left to right, that is the same with addition and subtraction.
So if you get
2+3*5
you would do 3*5 first and then add the 2.
If you get

\frac{ {(2 * 3)}^(2) }{2}
you would multiply everything in the parantheses, so you end up with 6^2÷2 which would be 36÷2 = 18

Hope this helped!
