Answer

A. Technician A is correct

Step-by-step explanation

The injector nozzle can be opened electrically by the computer on a common rail design. An electric solenoid connected to the injector is controlled by this computer and opens to pass the fuel into the injector pressure chamber. High pressure of the fuel in the pressure chamber pushes the needle valve up which compresses the return spring in the needle valve thus opening the valve.
