f(-5) = (5)2 - 10(5) + 16
= 25 + 50 + 16
= 91

Answer:

Vertex will be (-5, 41)

Explanation:

For a quadratic function f(x) = ax² + bx + c

If axis of symmetry is x = -5 then coordinates of vertex will be [x, f(x)]

The given f(x) in the question is f(x) = -x² - 10x + 16

and line of symmetry is x = -5

then f(-5) = -(-5)² - 10(-5) + 16

= -25 + 50 + 16

= 41

Therefore, Vertex will be (-5, 41)
