system of equations as:


4x+3y=12


2x+3y=-6

Firstly, we can draw graph

we can see that

intersection point lies in quadrant IV

and intersection point is (9,-8)

so, the solution is

x=9 and y=-8 and it is in quadrant IV...........Answer
