Court of Criminal Appeals
.
The Texas Supreme Court hears and decides on the appeals regarding the civil and juvenile cases while it falls to the Court of Criminal Appeals to deal with all of the cases that are criminal cases. The Court of Criminal Appeals is also the one who hears the appeals regarding the death penalty.
