Could solve this problem by creating and solving an equation of ratios:
120 miles 3 hours
-------------- = ------------
200 miles x
Then 600 = 120x, and x = 5. It will take 5 hours to travel 200 miles.

divide 120 miles ÷ 3 hours = 40
So the car travels 40 mph
Then 200÷40=5
So it will take 5 hours for the car to travel 200 miles
