Note that
distance = velocity * time

Given:
velocity = 300,000,000 m/s = 3 x 10⁸ m/s
time = 1 year = 32,000,000 s = 3.2 x 10⁷ s

The distance traveled is
d = (3 x 10⁸ m/s)*(3.2x 10⁷ s) = 9.6 x 10¹⁵ m

Answer: 9.6 x 10¹⁵ m
