You're prone to lack vitamin B-12 and folate, which can spur anemia...a condition where your body doesn't produce enough red blood cells. This can also cause low blood pressure and fatigue.

Your body needs protein to build cells. So if you don’t have protein, you are prone to disease and won’t heal fast from cuts. Same thing with any diet. You need carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins to be healthy. I hope this helps!
