The geometric mean has to multiply to 100. There’s a 4. To get to 100, you need a 25. AB+DB should equal 100. So x would have to equal 21. To prove this, 25 x 4 = 100. The square root of 100 is 10 which proves the answer for x is 21. I hope this helps!
