B) The answers to part A give you all the information you need to write a suitable equation in slope-intercept form. The slope is the rate of change per year (60), and the intercept is the initial value (750).
.. fee = 60*(years since 2000) +750 . . . . . fee is in dollars

If you like, you can define and use single-letter variables for "fee" and "years since 2000".

Be careful with hyphens and minus signs around numbers. The way you have written your answer makes it look like the rate of change is -60. Oops.
