Combining Legumes with Sunflower Seeds could help you achieve balanced nutrition.
Even though legumes contains pretty high amount of protein, it lack of amino acids that contain like any other source of protein such as Fish.
Combining it with sunflower will provide us with enough amino acids to fulfill both our protein intake and enough support for our metabolism.
