Basically, you just have to distribute and then add. Let's do that:

30.

`x( (3)/(2)x-2)+6( (5)/(2)x- (2)/(3))`

`((3)/(2)x^2-2x)+( (15)/(2)x -4)`

Combine like terms (and this is your answer):

`(3)/(2)x^2- (11)/(2)x - (2)/(3)`

31. Same thing (except convert 1 and 1/5 to an improper fraction):

`((6)/(5))(x+ (3)/(2))- (9)/(10)`

`(6)/(5)x + (9)/(5) - (9)/(10)`

`(6)/(5)x + (9)/(10)`
