At 4°C what is not able to decompose into hydrogen and oxygen (this is only possible in 100°C or above) -- Also chemical changes cannot be reverted, in this case it can.It will not change color, because water is always clear, and won't at this state turn into ice. -- It can be reverted.
Its color -- can be reverted.
I would choose C.
