For this problem you would do the exponent first.
3^7 x 2
3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3
9 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3
27 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3
81 x 3 x 3 x 3
243 x 3
729
x 2
= 1, 458
So the answer is 1, 458.
Hope I helped you! :)
