Answer: False

Dry land are those regions which exhibit scarcity of water. The climatic conditions in dryland are hot and dry. This region exhibit low precipitation. The soil in this regions are compact and drought prone. These soils lacks nutrition and are least fertile. Tillage is a preagricultural practice which involves digging, stirring and overturning of soil . Tilling is done to remove the compactness of soil and increase it's fertility. Dry land also requires tillage to be done before plantation because the soil in these region is drought prone and compact.
