Killer T cells are released into the blood from the-------

Like blood cells, they are derived from the bone marrow...
during fetal life/early childhood, some immature lymphocytes from the bone marrow migrate through blood to the thymus; where they undergo further processing to become T lymphocytes. ( I hope this helped )
