The mass of the sandwich is 35 g.

Mass is the amount of matter contained in a body.

Total mass of a composite body such as a sandwich with, bread, jelly and peanut butter, is the sum of the masses of bread, jelly and peanut butter.

M= m_b +m_j+m_p=(5 g)+(10 g)+(20g)=35 g

The mass of the sandwich is 35 g
