They are 5, 15, and 45.

Let the three numbers be a, b, and c.

a+b+c=65
The second number is 3 times the first.

b=3a.
This makes the sum a+3a+c=65.
The third number is 3 times the second. Consequently this also means that the third number is 9 times the first.

c=9a
This makes the sum a+3a+9a=65
13a/13=65/13
a=5
b=3a
b=15
c=3b
c=45
5+15+45=65, so the numbers are 5, 15, and 45.
