B - the graph is of a quadratic function (apparently). It has a minimum value of -9 as shown on this graph. The maximum is +∞, which is not of interest.

E - the intercepts are (-4, 0) and (2, 0).

F - the vertex is (-1, -9). The solutions are the zeros or x-intercepts (generally), unless the question is asking specifically for the extreme value and where it is located. That is, the solutons to (x +1)^2 -9 = 0 will be -4 and 2.
