SOMEONE SMART 20 POINTS

Not much instruction is left, I'm asked to simplify. I want to know if I got it right or wrong. I don't want the answer i just want to know what my mistake was. I heard that a positive exponent is preferred as a final answer but I'm not exactly sure how to do that.

=(2^3)^-2/3 (a^-3)^-2/3
= 2^-2 a^2
= a^2/4
