The first thing we must observe is the point V '.
The point V 'in this case is given by:
V '= (0, 1)
The dilatation rule is:
1/3 (x, y) → = (0, 1)
Therefore, we have the following system of equations:
1 / 3x = 0
1 / 3y = 1
Clearing we have:
x = 0
y = 3
