To answer the question, you have to get first the area (A) and the circumference (C).
A = pi * r^2; r= radius
= 3.14 * 2^2
= 12.56
C = 2 * pi * r; r= radius
= 2 * 3.14 * 2
= 12.56
Therefore the circumference is equal to the area
