Hi I'm on my sister account because I don't want to waste any of my points! Could one of you help me with this? Oh and my sister always says don't answer if you aren't sure, so don't answer unless you are for sure that the answer is correct.

The action verb is "touch"
Also, answering the question whom or what:
Who is sick? He is sick.
Who is "he"? "He" is the dog.

Therefore, the correct answer is
C) The Dog
