The answer should be or at least I think 35.2.
Cause I don't know if I am right here, but this is a percentage problem.
14.5% of 243 = 35.235
Rounded to the nearest tenth = 35.2

10% = 24.3 and 5% = 12.15
1% = 2.5
14% = 26.8
