1. Since in the problem it says 2 minutes FASTER than 28 minutes you know you can just add 2 minutes to 28 minutes. This gets you 30 minutes.

2. Now since you know Julia ran 30 minutes you can look at the options and replace m with 30.

3. Lets try it with option A 30+2=28 that's not right. Lets try option B

30-2=28 that's right. So option B is the correct answer.
