I saw this was unanswered so i thought id help you out even though it’s a week late. The answer would be the second option. The Zionism Movement originally started in the 16th and 17th century, was a calling for Jews to return to the holy land in Palestine, and later in the 18th century called for Jews to basically integrate with Western culture.
