Set 1.) Using the formula of the area of square:
A = a^2; where a = side
64 inches^2 = 8^2 inches^2
64 inches^2 = 64 inches^2

Set 2.) Using the formula of the are of rectangle:
A = L * W; where L = length; W = width
64 inches^2 = 16 inches * 4 inches
64 inches^2 = 64 inches^2

Therefore, the possible dimensions of the frame are:
8x8 ; 16x4
