Answer:

Explanation:

Company A

$0.11/1ft 3ft = 1yd

$0.11 x 3ft = $0.33 $0.33 = 1yd

$0.33 x 20yd = $6.60

Company B

$3.00/1yd

$3.00 x 20yd = $60.00

$60 - $6.60 = $53.40

Answer Options

A. Company B, save 40 cents

B. Company B, save 60 cents

C. Company A, save 40 cents

D. Company A, save 60 cents

This was my final answer after i worked out the math, yet my answer does not correspond to the answers given....HELP!

company B because if u multiply 20×3 then you would only have to pay $60 and if u buy it from company A you would have to multiply 11×3 and then multiply 33× 20 and then you would have to pay $660 so u would save more with company B
