is this 2x to the power of 2?
if it is then this is easy
list it out (just to show you how its solved)
2x^2*4x^2
2x^2*(-12x)
2x^2*10
then list the other one
-5x*4x2
-5x*(-12x)
-5x*10
so the whole answer is
8x^4+(-24x^3)+(-20x^3)+20x^2+60x^2+(-50x)

Answer:

8x^4-44x^3+80x^2 -50x

Explanation:

(2x^2 - 5x)(4x^2 - 12x + 10)

To multiply two parenthesis , first we multiply 2x^2 with second parenthesis

(2x^2)(4x^2 - 12x + 10)=8x^4-24x^3+20x^2

Now we multiply -5x inside the second parenthesis

(-5x)(4x^2 - 12x + 10)= -20x^3+60x^2-50x

We add both the answers we got

8x^4-24x^3+20x^2 -20x^3+60x^2-50x

Combine like terms and simplify it

8x^4-44x^3+80x^2 -50x
