Hey there,

By simplifying (-2x+3)^2 it would get 4x² - 12x + 3

Hope this helps.

(-2x + 3)^2

(-2x + 3)(-2x + 3)
(FOIL)
4x^2 - 6x - 6x + 3
(Simplify)
4x^2 - 12x + 3

4x² - 12x + 3 is your answer

hope this helps
