We ASSUME that the side lengths are listed in order (clockwise or counter-clockwise).
A parallelogram has OPPOSITE sides equal.
Adjacent sides can be equal as well (rhombus).
If two different pairs of identical adjacent sides (such as 3,2,2,3), it is a kite, not a parallelogram.
So
A. rhombus (a special kind of parallelogram)
B. a kite, opposite sides not equal (3/2, or 2/3), so not parallelogram.
C. Not a parallelogram, nor a kite.
D. Another kite (not parallelogram)
