if she has 4 fruits and 2 are bananas, then basically bananas are half of the total amount of fruits.
So that becomes 1/2

Total pieces of fruit = 4
Pieces of bananas = 2
Fraction of bananas = 2/4 = 1/2
Answer: 1/2
