The sixth-grade classes have 28, 20,30, and 25 students. what is the mean number of students in a class?

The mean is the average of all of the numbers. To find the average, you add up all of the numbers and divide that number by however many numbers you added.

For the data set: 28, 20, 30, and 25

You add 28 + 20 + 30 + 25, Which equals 103.

Now, you divide 103 by 4 to get the answer:
A. 25.75
