a combined figure is given.
there is one-fourth of the circle on the rectangle.
so for the perimeter of whole figure , we should add perimeter of one-fourth of circle and perimeter of rectangle.
now, perimeter of circle=2×3.14×8=50.24cm
one-fourth of perimeter=50.24/4=12.56cm
now, perimeter of rectangle=2(10+17)=54cm
finally perimeter of whole figure
P=12.56+54=66.56cm
