if A (x,3) belongs to the line then we substitute y=3 in the equation of the line to find out x
3=(2/3)x +19/3
(9/3)-19/3 =(2/3)x
-10/3=2x/3
x= -10/2=-5

if B (-2, y) belongs to the line then we substitute x= -2 in the equation of the line to find out y
