I'd suggest you draw in your imagination a vertical line through "5" on the horiz. axis. This line will intersect the curve at (5,380). That 380 represents the number of speciality items sold in week 5.
Your question refers to "new factory" and "old factory." Your graph represents ONLY "new factory." Please, could you share the "old factory" graph?
