The slope of a line is -3. find the slope of a line that is perpendicular to this line.

The answer would be 1/3

When two lines are perpendicular, their slopes are opposite-reciprocals. The opposite-reciprocal of -3 is 1/3. Therefore, the slope will be 1/3
