The answers are: B,C, and D.

Kafka´s story is a strange and somber novella about a character who finds himself turned into some sort of hideous bug at the beginning of the story. His situation reflects well Kafka´s own sense of alienation within his family, his country, his time, and even his literature.

Also, because of the aforementioned, it reflects upon the sense of being a human being and yet suffering the treatment of one that is considered nothing more than a pestilent vermin.

Finally, the novella touches upon the idea of tolerance, reflected in the figure of Gregor´s sister who is, to some degree, able to stand his brother´s novel situation, but only up to a point since, by the end of the story it is her who decides that Gregor has to go.
